SunplusToday’s session included alternating back extensions and dragonflags.  It was probably not the best choice since my back was still feeling a deadlift hangover.  I bailed in the middle of my last set of flags because my lower back was screaming.  Should be nice and sore for the weekend.

Today’s Workout

5 minutes cardio/stretching

20 pull ups

Century circuit (40 BW squats, 30 C2G push ups, 20 hanging knee raises, 10 pull ups)

3 sets of 15 decline back extensions supersetted with dragonflags 5 x 5 x 3
