I have been a bit MIA for the past week since I had family down visiting.  I still got some work in, running 7 miles with my brother Patrick and his girlfriend.

Pat also was my body weight work out partner, doing both the 5150 challenge and this month’s 20by12 work out with me.  I was pysched when I was able to coach him into doing his first ever bar muscle up.  He had plenty of strength, he just needed a few technique tweaks.

A week of eating in a much less clean manner than I am accustomed to makes my body feel out of sorts somewhat.

At the gym today I resumed my GUTS routine but kept it mild, doing 30 dips, 20 pull ups and 40 push ups.
