On my way to the gym I felt a twinge in my throat and sinus that made me worry that it could be the first sign of oncoming illness. I felt sort of weak for awhile during my workout although I’m not sure if it was just mind over body, making me feel worse because I thought I might be getting ill. Late in the workout I recalled that shortly before I left for the gym I had a combo burp/hiccup thing that managed to get me choking a bit, requiring a prolonged coughing session until it calmed down. Perhaps all I feel is the end result of some stomach acid getting thrown up in areas it normally doesn’t belong.
