Question: Are they any fast light weight uniwheels? I have the Segway S1 and often reach the max speed. The other day I did so rather quickly and it tilted back and I had to jump off since I couldn’t get it to slow down which I realize now was probably because I leaned forward to avoid from falling off. Messed up the Segway a little because after I jumped it kept going and bounced and rolled.
The next step up would be something like an Inmotion V5F+ which can go something like 16-17mph. The KingSong KS16S is a nice 16 inch wheel that will get you up to 22mph. Generally speaking, the higher top end speed and longer range wheels are going to weigh more.
I have 2 MTens, one has a broken Axle and the other just a flat tire. Know anyone would want them to fix? I’m sure between the 2 you could make one good one. I don’t feel like putting in the time. I worked on jets the first 4 years of my career and gave that up for an office job.
