Keep slogging through

So today I ran on the treadmill as part of my brick for the third time in as many weeks. My IT band/knee has not gotten significantly worse or better during this time so I see no real harm in keeping at it. Basically the first several minutes of the 20 minute run involve a slight limp that smooths out as I warm up. I stretch before and after the run. I still am keeping the pace super slow. Hey, it’s better than nothing.
Today’s Workout
Run, ride brick
20 minutes treadmill – 2.03 miles covered
10 minutes recumbent bike – 2.20 miles covered
