Dufisthenics

I haven’t been able to regularly post gym entries for quite awhile so some funny things may get dropped along the way.  Just this week I had another old man nude story, a recurring theme if you haven’t noticed.  So as I am approaching the urinal an old, short man exits the shower stall wearing nothing but flip flops and a towel on his shoulder.  I stop in my tracks as he aims towards the urinal as well, normally I would expect urinal use to occur before a shower not after.

He stops and gives me right of way.  The two urinals are of different height with one being a good 8 inches lower than the other.  The short old man says I could have the higher one since he can use the “little boys” urinal.  I just shook my head in acknowledgement and gave an awkward grimace as I did my business while the nude short guy did his next door.  I felt like I needed to verbally acknowledge him in some way so in the middle I blurted out something awkwardly like “It’s good to have options”

Today at the gym I pulled my chin just to the bar with 70 pounds hanging between my knees.  It’s the first time that has happened in awhile.

Pull up + 70lbs x 1

Seated straight arm dumbbell lateral raise – 20lbs x 10

Bent over dumbbell row – 65lbs x 10

Seated straight arm dumbbell lateral raise – 25lbs x 8

Bent over dumbbell row – 75lbs x 10

Standing rear delt high pull – 50lbs x 10 x 10 x 10
