Friday is normally core day but I thought I would switch things up a bit, partly because it’s always good to switch things up and second, my lower body is still killing me from Tuesday’s squats. I came up with doing a pre-fatgiued Ray’s Way circuit.
I started off with a set of 50 push ups which is only about 10-15 off my max for one set. I then jumped into the circuit using conservative rep numbers since I was winded already and I hadn’t done any circuit work in months. It felt good to cycle through the core bodyweight movements with limited rest. On my 5th and final circuit I upped the rep totals slightly just to see if I could.
