I missed a gym session Thursday due to being home for a tile install but I did do some good old fashioned physical labor in the hot sun to make up for it. Today I did a mix of movements that hit back, chest, biceps, core, and triceps. My legs are still killing me from Wednesdays deep Smith machine squats.

20 hanging knee raises
One arm cross face flat bench tricep extension – 20lbs x 12
One arm concentration curls – 40lbs x 8
20 hanging knee raises
One arm cross face flat bench tricep extension – 25lbs x 10
One arm concentration curls – 50lbs x 4
20 hanging knee raises
One arm cross face flat bench tricep extension – 30lbs x 7
10 pull ups
30 push ups
12 dips
