Standing Fat Gripz alternating dumbbell curls 25lbs x 12, 40lbs x 8, 50lbs x 2
Bar dips 15 reps x 3
Standing narrow grip Fat Gripz cable machine curls 90lbs x 10, 100lbs x 10
Chair dips 30 reps x 2
