Today I matched my 1RM bench press high of at least the last 5 years, pushing up 240 pounds without a touch from my spotter. My buddy and I have the goal of getting to 250 sometime in the next few months. That is a bench press number I have never achieved without supplementary creatine flowing through my veins.
